Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • In original packaging (box, tags, accessories included)

  • Certain items are non-returnable:

    • Customized/personalized products

    • Perishable items (if any)


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Replacements (Damaged / Wrong Item)

We offer free replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

📌 To request:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share unboxing video/photos as proof


Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • In case of damaged/wrong item, we cover shipping costs.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
